Rock and Pine Tree
Kim was a landscape and ink bamboo painter who was influenced by the painting style of the Southern School. When viewed in term of its style and scale, this painting was in all likelihood produced at the same time as three other paintings in the MFA collection (63.2677, 63.2678 and 63.2679).
